1

Prepare the dough by mixing 525 grams of plain flour, a pinch of salt, and roughly 200 ml of water in a food processor for about 8 to 10 minutes.

2

Divide the dough into 10 balls and stretch them.

3

Massage each ball with a small tablespoon of melted ghee, folding the sides over to create layers.

4

Roll out the dough until it's roughly one centimeter thick.

5

Cook the rolled dough on a non-stick pan until each side is golden and crispy, adding more ghee as needed.

6

Let the cooked bread cool before proceeding.

7

Mash 3 to 4 ripe bananas in a bowl and add dates.

8

Pour in roughly 500 ml of double cream, honey, ground cinnamon, and ground cardamom, and heat on medium until boiling.

9

Tear the cooled bread into pieces and blend in a food processor until crumbly, then mix it into the banana and cream mixture until well combined.

10

Caramelize banana slices in melted butter for a few minutes on each side.

11

Layer the mixture in a serving dish, adding toppings like toasted cashews, golden raisins, pomegranates, nigella seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
