Ukrainian Nalysniki, or thin crepes, have roots in Eastern European cuisine and are often filled with sweet or savory ingredients. Traditionally served during festive occasions and family gatherings, these delicate pancakes celebrate the simplicity of local ingredients. Modern variations include diverse fillings, from sweet fruits to rich cheeses, making them a beloved dish across cultures.

Fresh fruit reduces sugar content and enhances freshness.
Add 4 eggs to a mixing bowl.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
Pour in 900 ml of milk, adding half first.
Add 250 grams of all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, then add the other half of the milk.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine 700 grams of cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanilla, and 3-5 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 2 eggs and 150 grams of raisins to the cottage cheese mixture, mixing well.
Grease a pan with oil for the first time.
Pour the batter into the pan, cut into 8 parts, and grease each layer with melted butter.
Bake at 130°C (270°F) for 40 minutes.
Serve traditionally with sour cream.
