Cut the broccoli into small pieces to enhance flavor.
Fill a large bowl with water and add a cap full of apple cider vinegar to clean the broccoli.
Soak the broccoli in the vinegar water for a while to remove pesticides.
Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
Drizzle olive oil over the diced chicken and mix to coat.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, parsley, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Creole seasoning over the chicken and mix well to ensure every piece is coated.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, allowing it to rest.
Rinse the soaked broccoli several times to remove vinegar.
In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil and the cleaned broccoli.
Cover the skillet and let the broccoli steam for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
After about 5 minutes, season the broccoli with complete seasoning or all-purpose seasoning.
Add low sodium soy sauce to the side of the pan and mix to avoid burning.
Lower the temperature and mix the broccoli with the chicken juices that have accumulated.
Serve the chicken and broccoli together, optionally with rice.
