2 cups bell peppers
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp fresh ginger
1 Tbsp fresh garlic
3 Tbsp corn starch (1 Tbsp to marinate chicken)
1 Tbsp black pepper (to marinate chicken)
1 Tbsp salt (to marinate chicken)
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey (to taste)
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp fresh ginger peeled and grated
1 Tbsp fresh garlic (2 small cloves) grated
