12 ounces purple carrots
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup lime juice

Boil 2 cups of water.

Add 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds to the boiling water.

Use an immersion blender to blend the coffee grounds with the water.

Strain the mixture to remove the coffee grounds, resulting in about 1 and 3/4 cups of coffee.

Break 2 tamarind pods and soak them in a dish with about 1/2 cup of boiling water.

Add 3 medjool dates to the tamarind soaking water to soften them.
