Mushroom Pasta with Mascarpone

800 g mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
salt

16 tbsp milk
garlic
ginger
50 g mascarpone
1/2 bunch of chives
30 g parmesan cheese
200 g pasta

Clean the mushrooms, and depending on the size, cut them into smaller pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan, sauté garlic and ginger.

Fry the mushrooms for about 8 minutes until golden brown.

Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms.

Stir in milk and mascarpone.

Rinse and dry the chives and cut into small rolls.

Grate the parmesan cheese.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente.

Drain the pasta, mix it dripping wet with the mushroom sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange mushroom noodles on plates and sprinkle/garnish with chives and cheese. Serve immediately.
