1 can 15 ounce black beans rinsed and drained
2 cups cold cooked rice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 cup red bell pepper chopped
2-3 tbsp Lizano sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or flat leaf parsley

In a non-stick skillet, add 3 tbsp water on medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato and cook for 1 minute.

Then add cilantro and garlic along with 2 tbsp of Lizano sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn the heat down to medium, add the beans and the rice, mix well breaking down any big clumps of rice and let it heat through.

Add water as needed any time during the cooking process.

You can top your plate with more Lizano sauce and cilantro.
