1/4 cup green seasoning (blended scallions, thyme, garlic, onion, pimento peppers)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 medium onion
2 scallions
2 medium tomatoes
1 bell pepper
2 cups water
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (whole)
