Made Good Granola Bars: Birthday Cake, Cookie Crumble, Cookies & Crème, Chocolate Chip, Mixed Berry

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, and sprinkles.

In a separate bowl, mix honey and peanut butter until smooth.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.

Once cooled, lift the granola out of the pan and cut into bars.

Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the granola bars using a spoon.

Allow the chocolate to set before serving or storing.
