Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper, mixing everything together.

Cook for another 8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Turn off the heat and crack 1 egg into the pan, stirring to incorporate it with the residual heat.

Add 3 cups of cooked brown rice and stir until well combined.
