Ritz Cracker Sandwiches

Melt a few tablespoons of butter.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper to the melted butter.

Add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper to the mixture.

Stir in Dijon mustard and mix well, adjusting quantities to taste.

Set the mixture aside.

Prepare ham and cheese; use maple glazed honey ham and creamy havarti cheese.

Place Ritz crackers top side down on a surface.

Fold ham and cheese into smaller pieces and stack them on the crackers.

Add another piece of ham on top of the cheese.

Place another Ritz cracker on top to form a sandwich.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of each sandwich.

Optionally, use sesame seeds instead of poppy seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
