1/2 teaspoon schezwan pepper
1 one inch cinnamon
1 and 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the bay leaf, schezwan pepper, and cinnamon to the hot oil.

Stir in the chili flakes and chili powder.

Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
