Heat barbeque flat plate to medium-high heat.

Combine tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a bowl. Season, toss to coat.

Place tomatoes on the flat plate and cook for 10 minutes or until softened and cooked through.

Place in a bowl and use tongs to remove the skin as much as possible.

Cook, skin-side down on the flat plate for 2-3 minutes before turning for further minute or until cooked to your liking.
