Greek Turkey Burger

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
4 whole wheat burger buns
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
