Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.

Place the cut pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle oats and seeds on top of the dough pieces, pressing them lightly into the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
