Clean and pat dry chicken wings.

Whisk well minced shallots, grated garlic, ginger juice, oyster sauce, fish sauce, honey, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

When you are ready to grill the chicken wings, leave it an hour to come to room temperature.

Gently break the chicken at the joints to make it easier to skewer.

Preheat oven to grill and fan mode at 200°C.

Grill 8 minutes on each side until tender and the skin is crisp and caramel brown.
