- 6Add the shredded beef back into the skillet with the vegetables, mixing well.
- 7Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
- 8Serve the beef and vegetable mixture on warm tortillas, topped with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.

- 4In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- 6Return the beef to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli. Stir well to combine.
- 7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the beef and broccoli evenly.
- 8Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
- 9Serve hot over rice or noodles.
