Pour in vegetable broth, chicken broth, and water; bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes

Add corn, peas, and broccoli; cook until tender, about 10 minutes

Stir in flour to thicken the soup; simmer until desired consistency is reached

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, vegeta, and bay leaves to taste

Finish with chopped parsley
