Measure out 110g hot water in a measuring cup.

Add baking soda and salt. Mix well and let it cool.

To a mixing bowl add all purpose flour.

Add water occasionally while stirring.

Then the flour is turned into small flaky pieces. Then knead well using your hand.

Knead it into a ball. Wrap and rest the dough for 30 minutes.

After 1 hour, unwrap the dough onto the rolling board. Apply some corn starch.

Flatten the dough with your hand, then roll a few times with the rolling pin.

Roll the dough around the rolling pin, roll it on the board a few times, then open the dough.

Change angle and repeat the rolling process. The dough forms into a thin sheet slowly.

When the sheet is thin enough stop rolling.

Apply some corn starch and roll the sheet around the rolling pin.

Fold the sheet in zig zag style, keeping a few inches width.

Cut the sheet at the middle, then slice each half. Handmade noodles are ready.

Boil the water and cook the handmade noodles in it.

These handmade noodles will get cooked in a minute and are ready to serve.
