1 tsp cumin powder

50 gm coconut powder
190 ml hot water
1 packet noodles
2 ltr water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup gram flour

Cover pressure cooker and cook chicken with 60 ml oil, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, and 1/2 cup water for 2 whistles.

Grind fresh coconut with 750 ml water, sieve to get coconut milk.

Mix 50 gm coconut powder with 190 ml hot water and set aside.

In a wok, heat 60 ml oil and fry 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic.

Roast 1/2 cup gram flour in the wok, then add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chilli powder, and 1 tsp salt.

Add prepared coconut milk to the wok, then add cooked chicken and cook for 5 minutes before serving hot with boiled noodles.

Boil noodles in 2 liters of water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil.
