Make sure the shrimp is nice and clean.

Melt butter in a pan and let it sit.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic to the melted butter.

Add 1 teaspoon of pepper to the mixture.

Cut the chiles into quarters, seeds included for flavor.

Add the chiles to the pan; you can adjust the number based on spice preference.

Pour the shrimp into the pan and stir to coat with the flavors.

Add a little salt to taste, but be cautious not to over-season yet.

Cut 2 lemons in half; this is optional, lime can also be used.

Once the shrimp is cooked, squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and serve.
