7 g dry yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
50-75 ml of oil
500-600 g of white flour
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of honey
100 ml of water
150 g of sesame

In the bowl of the mixer, put the warmed milk, yeast, sugar and beat lightly.

Add the oil, flour and salt.

Knead a soft dough, starting with 500 grams of flour and adding the remaining 100 grams as needed.

Knead with the mixer for about 10-15 minutes until the dough is soft and elastic.

Move the ready dough into an oiled bowl and cover with foil. Leave it in a warm place for 60 minutes to double its volume.

After the dough has risen, take it out and divide it into balls.

Roll out wicks from the balls, twist them together, pinch the ends to make bagels.

Dissolve the honey in the water and dip the bagels on both sides, then dip in the sesame seeds.

Place the bagels on a tray covered with baking paper.

Cover with a towel and wait 15 minutes for a second rise.

Heat the oven to 220°C and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove and let cool.
