1 ½ teaspoon salt

Combine spring onions, thyme, garlic, scotch bonnet peppers, maggi bouillon or knorr cubes, all spice, sugar, lemon juice, oil, and salt in a blender.

Seal the bag or cover the bowl, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
