Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Mix mayonnaise and sugar in a mixing bowl to make the dressing.

In a large punch bowl, layer chopped lettuce.

Top with diced tomatoes (or substitute with diced bell pepper or chopped celery).

Add a layer of red onion.

Add a layer of thawed frozen green peas.

Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and slice them to go around the container; dice any remaining eggs and put them in the center.

Spread salad dressing over the eggs.

Layer fresh shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Finish with crunchy bacon.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, or up to overnight.
