Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a skillet until crisp.

Put the bacon on a paper towel to cool and drain excess oil.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream, 0.5 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

Remove the core from one head of lettuce, cut it into bite-size pieces, and add it to a clear salad bowl.
