Make Dulce De leche by taking the wrapping off containers and simmering under water for an hour.
While the sweetened condensed milk is still warm, scoop into a bowl & mix butter into it.
Spread on the the waffle cake layer by layer.
Place something heavy on top for a few hours.
Cut it up and serve!
