1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry.
