1 cup beef stock

Combine all of the ingredients into the inner pot and stir to combine. Leave it to sit and marinate on the counter for about 30 minutes before cooking. Stir it once or twice.

Insert the inner pot into the Instant Pot. Lock the lid and set to manual/high for 8 minutes and let it natural pressure release for 15 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure.

Use a spider or colander to strain the liquid as you move the meat to a serving dish.
