2 tbsp wild seasoning
sprig of fresh rosemary
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced red bell pepper

Trim skirt steak, removing tough fat.

Place skirt steak into Tupperware full of Wishbone Italian dressing and marinate overnight.

Preheat grill to approximately 700°F.

Place marinated skirt steak on the hot grill without adding anything else.

Cook the steak until it has a nice char and is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Remove steak from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Slice the steak with the grain, then slice across the grain for serving.

Prepare the homemade marinade by adding 3 tbsp white vinegar to a bowl.

Add 2 cups of distilled or bottled water to the bowl.
