1 28oz can chopped or crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup coriander, chopped
1/2 cup single cream
1 tbsp butter
chillis (optional, to taste)
5 or more minced cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1 bay leaf
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
1 lime, zest and juice
1-2 whole tomatoes, cut into wedges
