3 tbsp of plain flour
1 can of sweet corn
2 tbsp of sugar or golden syrup
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp baking powder
Oil or butter for cooking

Add half of the corn, milk and flour to a blender.

Mix with blender.

Add the sugar or golden syrup, baking powder and more milk.

Quick mix with blender.

Add more corn and plain flour until the consistency is thick.

Mix with blender.

If it’s still thin add more of the flours, if it’s too thick add more milk.

Consistency should be thick and slightly clumpy not runny.

Oil or butter a pan on low heat.

Add mixture to the hot pan spreading into a pancake shape.

Heat until the mixture is drying on top.

Turn after a few minutes or when it looks golden.

Cook for longer if you like it more crunchy.
