In a 9x9 pan, combine butter, maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add old-fashioned oats, mixing well.
Add 1 and 1/2 cups of add-ins (dried cranberries, mixed nuts, and unsweetened coconut).
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture onto a 9x9 parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely and drizzle with melted chocolate.
For the unbaked granola bars, in a medium saucepan, add brown sugar to melted butter along with honey and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.
Earlier, toast old-fashioned oats with almonds, cashews, and papitas.
Add the melted butter mixture to the toasted oats and stir to combine.
Add your choice of dried fruit and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly.
Spread this mixture on a 9x9 parchment-lined pan, removing any clips used to hold the parchment in place.
Spread evenly and press down firmly with a flat spatula.
Top with more chocolate chips and press down again.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until set.
