Instructions
- 1Pop popcorn kernels using your preferred method and place in a large bowl.
- 2Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat until fully liquid.
- 3Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in white chocolate until smooth.
- 4Add cake mix to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
- 5Pour the chocolate mixture over the popped popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.
- 6Spray the mixture lightly with cooking spray to help the sprinkles adhere.
- 7Add sprinkles and toss again until evenly distributed.
- 8Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 9Allow the popcorn to cool completely at room temperature.
- 10Break into clusters and serve in bowls or bags.
