1

Start with edamame, which can be fresh, canned, or frozen.

2

If using frozen, run the contents of the bag under warm water until thawed, which should take a couple of minutes.

3

Remove as much water from the edamame as possible and place them into a bowl lined with a paper towel to dry them a bit.

4

Remove the paper towel and add 1 tablespoon of oil to the bowl. If watching fats, substitute with lemon or lime juice.

5

Add 1 tablespoon of everything seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika for the first flavor. For the second flavor, add 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

6

Mix everything around until all of the edamame is coated.

7

Take out a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or an air fryer basket and spread the edamame evenly across it.

8

Put the baking sheet into the oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or the air fryer at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

9

Check for doneness; they should look toasted and crispy.

10

Let them cool as they'll crisp up even more.
