Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the dough.
Roll the dough up from the short end tightly.
Pinch the seam together and roll gently against the counter.
Place the rolled dough in a loaf pan and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Brush with egg wash before baking.
Bake in a 175°C (350°F) oven for about 30 minutes.
Let cool for about 20 minutes before slicing.
