1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium fresh tomato, sliced
1 medium fresh cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup red pickled onions

Prepare the Greek yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, garlic powder, chopped dill, chopped mint, salt, and pepper together.

Make quick pickled onions by heating a pan on high, adding white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt, and bringing it to a boil to dissolve.

Cut onions into French style and pour the hot pickling liquid over them, letting them chill while preparing the burgers.

Chop parsley, mint, and Kalamata olives finely for the burger mixture.
