Prepare the dulce de leche filling by combining 395g of condensed milk, 200g of dulce de leche, and 50g of cream milk with 1/2 teaspoon of butter over low heat, stirring until thickened.

Let the filling cool on a plate covered with plastic.

Spread the filling on one cookie and sandwich it with another, removing excess filling.

Dip the assembled alfajores in melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to harden.
