2 lbs chicken thighs
2 lbs chicken drumsticks
4 cloves garlic
2 large onions
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
2 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
2 lemons
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup fresh herbs

Add Dijon mustard to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Remove skin from chicken thighs and drumsticks.

Marinate chicken pieces with garlic and onions, ideally overnight or for at least 8 hours.
