Chicken Yassa

2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon paprika
2 chilies
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large onions
2 cups carrots
2 medium potatoes
4 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
2 stock cubes
2 cups rice
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 medium tomatoes

Add chicken to a mixing bowl.

Add chopped onions to the bowl with the chicken.

Add chopped carrots to the bowl.

Drain potatoes and add them to the bowl without water.

Add 1 tablespoon of paprika to the bowl.
