1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter

1 egg
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green chilies
1 onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, then let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
