¼ Cup red wine
¼ Cup Rum
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ Tsp fine salt
2 Tsp cake spice
½ teaspoons ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground Cloves
¼ teaspoon freshly ground Nutmeg
