In a large bowl, sift the flour, salt, vanilla powder, and powdered sugar together.
Add melted butter and mix with hands until well incorporated.
Add orange blossom water and mix again.
Start adding water a little at a time until a soft dough is obtained.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients until a paste is formed and set aside.
Form small balls of dough and cover with plastic wrap.
Take one ball at a time and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.
Take a small amount of the filling, roll it into a log, and place it at one edge of the rolled-out dough.
Roll the dough over the filling to form a log, making the sides thinner than the center and giving it a crescent shape.
Place the crescents on a non-stick baking sheet and prick them with a toothpick on the bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
Let cool, then dip the crescents in sugar syrup and drain excess syrup.
Coat the crescents in sifted powdered sugar and smoothen out the surface with hands, then sift more powdered sugar on top.
