1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk/kefir
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

In a bowl mix all the ingredients until just about mixed. Do not overmix.
