In a bowl, add cherry tomatoes and pre-sliced mushrooms.

Drizzle Country Crock drizzle and sizzle over the vegetables and toss them.

Chop 4 cloves of garlic and add them to the vegetables.

Heat the beef sausage on the griddle until crispy, about a couple of minutes.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sun-dried puree, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, juice and zest of 1/2 lemon, Blackstone Tuscan herb seasoning, and 2 tablespoons diced shallot. Mix well and set aside.

On the griddle, add pre-parboiled ravioli and a little bit of water, cover with the Blackstone dome or griddle lid, and steam for 1 minute.

Check on the vegetables and sausage, toss them together when ready.

Add more water to the ravioli and drizzle with Country Crock drizzle and sizzle, then let them steam for a few more minutes.

Toss together the vegetables, beef sausage, and ravioli.

Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine, letting the sauce reduce for a minute.

Chop fresh basil and parsley, and set aside.
