Soak the blueberries in a little water at room temperature until ready to use.
Chop the mixed nuts to a medium consistency, not too fine or too large.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the chopped nuts, stirring occasionally for a few minutes until they start to smell aromatic.
Add the seeds to the pan and continue to toast them until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
Add the rolled oats to the pan and mix, heating until they take on color and smell delicious.
Transfer the mixture from the pan to a bowl and add the cinnamon and drained blueberries, mixing well.
Add a splash of vanilla extract and honey to the bowl, reserving a little honey just in case.
Stir everything very well to ensure all ingredients are moistened and there are no dry parts.
Let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the oats, nuts, and seeds to absorb moisture.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use a spatula or glass to flatten and compact the mixture into a rectangle.
Refrigerate for as long as possible, ideally overnight, to set.
Once set, cut the bars into desired shapes, approximately 2.5 cm wide by 9 cm long.
