1 chicken cube
2 teaspoons corn flour

Cut 350 grams of chicken into thin strips, ensuring they are long but not thick.

In a bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of sweet soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of cornflour, and 2-3 drops of sesame oil. Mix well and add 1 egg white. Let it rest for half an hour.

Slice 2 medium sized onions into thick rings and separate them.

Prepare spring onions by separating the white and green parts; chop the white part finely and cut the green part long. Set aside.

In a bowl, add 1 cup of boiling hot water and dissolve 1 chicken cube to make chicken stock. Mix in 2 teaspoons of corn flour and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a fry pan and add the white part of the spring onion and chopped onion. Stir-fry on high flame for less than 1 minute until golden.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and optionally add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Then add the marinated chicken and mix well.

Cook the chicken on medium-high flame for 4 to 5 minutes, then cover and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

After 6 to 7 minutes, check the chicken. Do not add extra water. Season with salt, sugar, red chili powder, and black pepper powder. Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, then mix well.

Pour in the corn flour mixture and cook on medium-high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and mix well. Cook on medium-high flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.
