1 tsp Maggi all-purpose seasoning

2 stalks of scallion
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 large potato, cut up
2 carrots, cut up
1 fresh thyme
1/2 hot pepper (optional)
1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp Maggi all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Grace browning sauce
1 Maggi beef bouillon cube
2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp unsalted butter

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the oxtails in batches until golden on all sides, about 8-10 minutes per batch.

Remove the oxtails and set aside; add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
