Cut 5 bell peppers in half and carefully remove the core.

Finely chop 1 tomato and add it to a mixing bowl.

Add 400 grams of feta cheese, 100 grams of parmesan, and 1 cup of yogurt to the bowl with the tomato.

Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and add to the mixture.

Add salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture and mix well.

Fill the bell peppers with the cheese mixture.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil and finely chop 1 onion, cooking until soft.

Grate 1 carrot and add it to the pan, cooking for 3-5 minutes.

Add 100 grams of corn and 1 cup of rice to the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Fill the pan with water and cook covered for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Add oregano to the mixture before filling the peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
