3 diced potatoes
a few white peppercorns
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon broth or 1 cube
1.5 liters water
200 g fried sausage

Heat 275 ml of milk to 42 degrees.

Add 2 tablespoons of yeast and 200 ml of wheat flour; mix together and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

Add 1 egg, 100 ml of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 300 ml of rye flour; mix together into a dough, adding more rye flour if necessary.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out into rounds.

Place on a sheet of baking paper and make a hole in the middle; prick with a fork.

Cover the bread and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 chopped onion; sauté until softened.

Add 1 diced turnip, 1 diced parsnip, 2 sliced carrots, and 3 diced potatoes; add a few white peppercorns and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of broth or 1 cube and 1.5 liters of water; let it boil for 15 minutes.
