Add jaggery to the warm coconut milk and stir until dissolved.

Mix in the rice flour mixture gradually, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Add salt and cardamom, stirring well to combine.

Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 30-40 minutes).

Add pandan leaves for flavor and continue stirring for another 10 minutes.

Once thickened, pour the mixture into a greased tray.

Let it cool completely at room temperature before cutting into pieces.
